What We Are Offering

Our team offers DHR

Transportation

Provide reliable transportation for caseworkers and foster parents so children attend medical appointments, therapy, school, visitations, and court safely and on time. Our trauma-informed, confidentiality-trained drivers follow strict safety and scheduling protocols and coordinate with caseworkers and caregivers to accommodate custody needs and last-minute changes. By managing logistics, vehicle safety, and flexible pick-ups/drop-offs, we reduce barriers to continuity of care and help maintain the child’s routine so caregivers can focus on case planning.

Childcare

We enable caseworkers to attend court, home visits, and training without delay while keeping children safe and in a consistent environment. Our staff—trained in child development and trauma recovery—follow agency protocols and confidentiality rules and coordinate with caseworkers on schedules, special needs, and documentation, reducing barriers to progress and supporting family stability.

Behavioral Aide

We provide trauma-informed behavioral aides for DHR caseworkers and foster parents to keep youth safe, build skills, and support stable placements. Aides help implement court and treatment plans, track behavior, and give timely updates to guide decisions. For foster parents, we offer coaching, de-escalation techniques, practical routines, and ongoing education to reduce challenging behavior and strengthen bonds. Services are individualized, aligned with therapeutic goals, and focused on measurable progress so youth can heal and thrive.

Supervised Visitation

We provide court-ordered visitation supervision with trained professionals who ensure a safe, structured setting. Supervisors follow agency directives, document interactions, timing, and behaviors in detailed reports for legal review. Visits occur in a controlled, low-stress environment. We prioritize the child’s well-being by screening visitors, communicating with referring courts/agencies, and providing timely, factual documentation to support the legal process and family healing.

English/Spanish Interpretation

We offer professional English-Spanish interpreting for case workers, ensuring clear and accurate communication between staff, youth, and families during assessments, meetings, and crises. Our interpreters, trained in trauma-informed practices and confidentiality, convey sensitive information with respect. We provide culturally competent interpreting in person and via secure platforms, helping to gather comprehensive histories, explain care plans, obtain informed consent, and build trust, thereby improving outcomes and complying with legal and ethical standards.
